Been using the 333Mhz since the day homebrew was available on 1.5. No side effects. I highly doubt that it'll fry your PSP. Well, unless you play it for like... 8 hours or something.

Yeah, later on, the PSP will eventually be used at 333Mhz so I don't think it should be a problem.

There is a SLIGHT decrease in battery. It's hardly noticeable, though.

Oh, and Seph. What if you have it plugged into the wall? >_>

Well, then you shouldn't play the PSP for more than 2 hours. With the battery heating with the addition to the 333Mhz clocking, you're bound to run into problems.
