Burnout seems to be quite popular at the minute, looks a fun game!

My fingerprints may be imprinted into the PSP tomorrow if Sony ships!

I'll have to take a look at burnout legends, but I didn't get into it much on the consoles.

It's got great gimmicks which haven't been done in these types of games, but I'm still partial to my Ridge Racer for anything that has to do with negotiating vehicles around a track at high speed.

Thanks for the update on Pursuit Force, that game really breathes some life into the lost art of game ingenuity. Prolly another reason why Burnout is doing so well, it does give you lots to do now that I think about it.

Yeah, that persuit force thing really looked great... To bad it's not on consoles. I don't have a PSP, and no freakin' way I'm paying out the arse for any one game.

Well, we're different types of racing gamers, I see. I just hate realistic racers, for example the Gran Turismo series, because having to break for me is boring. I hate going off the track and virtually having to restart. With Burnout, you can be a crap driver - most of the time you are saved by the side walls and most of all, it's fun .

We're in agreement on Pursuit Force, it looks awesome. Having said that, alot of games that look awesome turn out to be the complete opposite. Let's hope this isn't the case here.

Ah, Pursuit Force. Great looking game, and looks just as much fun to play. Like Euan said, let's hope it doesn't flop... :|

Me? I like both the realistic/simulation driving games like GT, and arcade-style racers. I guess Burnout would be considered arcade.

Just playing the multiplayer in B:L is a great part of the experience. Simply the pleasure of having a portable "best-of" Burnout game is enough to satisfy my tastes.

Gran Turismo is awful, I reckon. So over-rated it's virtually unbelievable. Same with most racing games, though (Need for Speed is one!)

Just because you posses no skill in that genre you cant dismiss it as "awful".
