the reason for that is that so far for all ps consoles they stupidly (i will add) put it so that when you put the cd in first it just load the code on the disk to get past the protection and after that all you have to do is take the cd/dvd with out a restart put in the downloaded game or copied game in and it will will work as the only protection to there is a code at the begging when the game disk is being varified that why you can buy a swap disk from the internet of which you put this disk in first (that you get when you buy the kit) it loads past the protection and all you need to get the disk out with out restarting is slid this locking pin across put in the copyed game slide it back and you got your self a free game to play will work with anygame apart from the odd exception.

and so far sony has not done any diffrent with there consoles which is not a good idea as its easy to then play copyed games without moding the console.

Single Memory Stick Version of Running Homebrew on v1.50

There is now a method to run homebrew on a v1.50 PSP using only 1 memory stick. Please read this carefully and use this at your own risk. For this version you will need the Swaploit file available here, and a PC Memory Stick Reader. You can get the tuitorial below.

You can get this file in our PSP Downloads section here.

Nintendo can't sue Sony, (it'd be like suing IBM or Dell over visualboy advanced), and nintendo also can't get blood form stone, so suing the people who made the GBA emulator (I'm assuming homebrewers) would be hard.
In addition proving that the emulator violated any laws would be tough.

Beyond that suing the people who made the bootstrap is far fetched, (unless Sony sues).

So the only people left to sue are people distributing the roms, and that of course is not easilly done.

First you have your P2P crowd: users of limewire, aires, winmx, etc, etc
Second you have the websites: (which I'm sure number in the thousands) and can be located anywhere in the word (where copy right laws are different).
Third you have people cabaple of ripping them roms them selfs and it becomes hard to prove that that is illeagle.
Fourth, you have people whom got the roms from a source above and give them to their friends (via email, burned on a CD etc, etc).

You know, if you look deeper into the "Erasing Memory Sticks" subject, you can clearly see it's because of people taking out the MSDuo's while it's in USB mode or generally when it's being accessed. I mean, common sense would tell you not to take it out while it's in use. That's like trying to take a wheel off a car while it's in motion - something bad will happen.

As for me, I've experienced no negative side affects whatsoever. I've been emulating games at the top 333Mhz whenever possible. Doesn't consume much battery life at all (30 min playing session yielded the same 100%).

As for your request, Sepharite, I sure will get Fire Emblem on here. Video, maybe? ;)
