Twisted Metal: Head On (Online Mode)

Twisted Metal: Head On is a great game, but jeeze! I can barely maintain a connection! Maybe Sony is working on their network right now, but I've only managed to successfully host a game once, 4 people were in it, and after 5 minutes of no-lag gameplay, it dropped immediatly without warning. Anyone having similar difficulties?

i have a question about Twisted Metal. What is the whole point of it? I am looking into it, but i dont know what it is about.

It's a great game, it's car combat. You use stuff like napalm, homing and non-homing missiles, character-specific weapons, remote bombs, machine guns and stuff to destroy each other. The character story ending cinematics are crazy, too. The final boss in single player is crazy, he's like about 8 times taller than the standard vehicle height. There's a wide variety of vehicles. There's a dude strapped into two 6 foot tall wheels, an insane clown in an icecream truck, a police car with a huge lightning tazer thingy...........

More like blow up. Yeah, thats basically it. It's really fast-paced. The levels are huge, they have hidden areas, destructable elements, and there's a hidden minigame inside each main level.

It's really fun, especially when you got 5 friends to play with. Get that or Ridge Racer.

is it as good as the original playstation ones? i loved those...

It's as good as Twisted Metal 2 and Twisted Metal: Black. It's made by the same people who made Black, and that team that made Black included people that made TM 1 and TM 2. TM 3 and 4 were made by a different developer. It's not as demented as Black, though. (T rating here)

EDIT: For those that don't know, TM 3 and 4 sucked.
