updating the PSP

i just bought GTA for the PSP and i dont want to update to 2.00 but i still want to play homebrew. If i update does that mean i cant play homebrew or does it mean i cant download new homebrew to the system. I have heard about programs attaching homebrew to photos and tricking the PSP but im not so sure about it. Also i tried WAB changer but it gave me an error. I NEED HELP!

It will upgrade it but you can then downgrade.

UGH! i searched everywhere! there is NO WAY to bypass GTA i have to update and i want to cry lol. Im gonna do it! DAMN YOU SONY!!!!

Well when you are finished downgrade?

well yeah but it takes a while to downgrade and i like not having to downgrade to play homebrew!
