Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth (Preview) Tri-Ace's Ace in the hole
The re-release of PSone unique rpg Valkyrie Profile came out in Japan in March. A stateside release isn't set yet.A pre-order for this game is highly recommended because this said to be Tri-Ace's best RPG ever made. Besides, if you try to purchase this game for the original PSone, you'll be dishing out about $130.00.
Throughout the game you'll collect the spirits of dead warriors, have them fight with you, and then send them to Valhalla to fight alongside Odin. This game has 3 unique endings and offers how much or how less a player wants to complete. A series of cinematic sequences have been %100 redone and now feature only the best quality animation. The 2D side scrolling dungeons and rich animated sprites look awesome on the PSP screen. The game control scheme transfers perfectly, with face buttons still assigned to your party members individual attacks. You are able to build team combos easily. Your team also changes throughout the entire game. BTW, This is an Action RPG, the best type of RPG in my opinion. I have been look foward to owning this game for a long time. Looks a lot like tales. Anyway, wtf? What does this mean for the PSOne download service? Trying to get this out now so they could sell it for more than $20? Well, they're entitled.

PS1 download service is sony's copy of nintendo's virtual console. you can download classic PS1 games onto your memory stick and play on the PSP. load of BS.

I have a feeling that some PS games wont be avaliable for download. This one more than likely wont be downloadable.

So, I'm assuming this ships at the price of $50? Cool. Wonder why they don't just put it on Sony's service for $50 then? Digital Distribution rocks.

For the PSP it's about $50. For the PS, it's insanely $150 and up.
