I agree shadowmarth but i saw a poll on another forum and you would be amazed how many people choose the "Because its from sony" option. Its not a very good reason to buy anything but it works for sony so that is what theyll do. Push there name and image.
As for the cell they are server versions they are talking about. The standard version will have 8 cell procesors and run at 4ghz. You can bet that the version going into sony is an inferior version. it will only have 4 processors (still not to be laughed at mind) and will probably run slower to reduce heat. either that or the PS3 is actually built into a server case, which i doubt.
