E3 08 for Nintendo a Bust?

Well, I believe so...
yeah the motion+ is pretty cool. And I can't wait to play the new animal crossing but where was that game that was hush hush? That would bring the hardcores to the Wii?
It better not have been GTA. Cause cmon...GTAIV was a let down and why make one for the DS?

True. I'm wondering where the Nintendo support is for the Wii, since it's been so damned strong up to this point. I mean, LoZ, MK, Galaxy, MP3, those were great games. But now all we have to look forward to is Wii Sports 2 and Animal Crossing.

Also, that game you're thinking of is called "The Conduit", I think, and I don't think it even has a publisher yet.

Have they showed anything about the new GTA other than the title? How do you know it's a port of GTA4? Personally GTA2 is my favorite in the series and I'd love to see it ported or at least a similar overhead cartoony perspective, but I suspect it'll be full 3D. Wifi multiplayer would of course be a big seller.

The MotionPlus does seem to be an answer to problems with crappy motion detection in games such as Wii Sports Golf (putting in particular), but I think someone told me that it only works for games designed with the MotionPlus in mind.

I haven't really expected much of anything big at E3 since the unveiling of the Wii at E3 2006. All I really look forward to E3 for is the hardware announcements. I just don't seem to care much about the games anymore since I'm already loaded with games I don't have enough time for.
