Extreme Sony Cheapness

This is quite possibly the worst bit of sony cheapness I've ever heard. I think it beats not including the HDMI cable. So. Here's the bombshell.

Sony controller batteries will not be replaceable

That's right. When your battery wears down, you'll have to get your whole damn controller replaced. Insanity. Remember, however, they are rechargeable. This is idiotic because of the whole 'battery memory' issue.

And on a humorous note...

Wow, I knew Sony was desperate but this... ughhh. What's next? If you don't replace your batteries, the controller detonates every non-sony product? =/

Wii's controller uses AA (AAA?) batteries. But you could always get recharable batteries.

A japanese site revealed that it is indeed possible to replace it... if you take apart your controller.

Typical Sony, the battery was obviously designed to be replaceable considereing the shiny "recycle" sticker on it, and Sony refused to add a lid on the back of the controller to make it cheaper to replace the battery. They know people are hating them for it, and they know they're perfectly capable of making a minor modification to comply with what their customers want, so if it's not replaceable at launch then you know Sony is trying hard to screw everyone over twice.

SONY is retarded. What the hell do they think they're doing? They're not making more customers, they're losing customers because of their dumbass ideas.

It actually seems like Sony WANTS to help Nintendo with all the idiotic moves they've been making.

Lol, they always think of a cheap-a$$ way to rake in the dough...I would lmao if the actual PS3 system had a hidden internal battery supply that dies after a couple of months, making you get a brand new PS3.
