RE: live 8......

*Ahem*

All of my life I have been a Nintendo Fanboy. PS2 sucks, PSP sucks, etc. Well, lately, I received a PSP for my Birthday. It is an awesome machine surpassing the DS. Just watch out Nintendo. The PSP will outsell you, and I will become a Sony fan, because you guys at Nintendo our doomed. Not choosing to go with HD, not supporting DVDs last time around, and choosing some innovative controller that will most likely featue a touch-screen. I'd like to congratulate Nintendo on throwing your handheld thrown out the door, and for throwing your console thrown out the door. NINTENDO IS DOOMED!!! MWAHAHA

Good Game Nintendo

I hasn't out sold the ds. Nor will it. Tha PSP is a good device but it just isn't as innotive as tha ds. I like both systems. Tha ds and gameboy are bothe leading/owning the handheld gaming market. Now the gamecube is doomed.

RE: Minor issue, more or less.

You've changed your tune, LKR.

One minute your a Nintendo fan boy TILL YOU DIE, the next your un-impressed by the games PSP has to offer and now your a "PSP fanboy". It hurts, but that's one customer lost for Nintendo. Your just a statistic mate, at the end of the day, more and more people are finding out the opposite of you and returning to the DS having thought the PSP was better.

Just so you know, you've only had the PSP for a few days. The system is fresh to you as are the games, this may be one of the reasons your enjoying it so much. Wait a few months, THEN SPEAK! :) Thankyou

Think outside the box.....

well, i am speaking about how impressed i am. Dave, x999x, Oxygen, and myself have been pulled away from the DS. also, ElementK. I'll still be at the site, but I wont be returning to my DS for a while...gotta wait for the big dawgs. Sony gave me enough titles for now to keep me very happy, unlike Nintendo did.

RE: Think outside the box.....

LKR, your speaking too soon mate.

You got your PSP, what? LAST WEEK. You will play games to the death over the next few weeks, JUST LIKE YOU PROBABLY DID WITH THE DS, and then eventually get bored of the PSP.

This man speaks the truth! I got bored of my DS once. I'm not bored anymore. The key is to switch off every one and awhile. Once your bored go to your game cube then your DS ect.

RE: Good Game Nintendo

I got a PSP, loved it to death for the first month or so... after that, Nintendo released tons of GREAT games while PSP still had their simple launch games with a few new ones which didn't really excite me. PSP may have won the battle in the begining, but hell did they win the war. Did you even get Meteos or Kirby?

Maybe PSP are going to release some great games and then PSP will have the spotlight, it'll be a richochet between the PSP and the DS. But I don't feel PSP will dominate the DS, just look at what's happening now?

But if that's how you feel, that's alright... it's like a new toy you get. You love it to death but after a while, it just becomes just another "toy" and gets pushed aside. DS on the other hand is something special... it's different from all the others.

edit: I just noticed you used grammar (kinda) in the first post, did you write that or did you copy it from some fanboy.... trying to trick us are you, lkr?

RE: Good Game Nintendo

It's the apocalypse...

As for me, I used to think similarly to you, Lkr. That was back when it was fresh and everything PSP was new to me.

Simply put, Meteos has owned my a**. It certainly has reminded me that the DS is still VERY MUCH capable of having its own fun and addictive games.

We'll see how you enjoy it within the next month or so. Who knows? You may end up crawling back to Nintendo.

:P

Everyone I know that tried the PSP immediately said that the PSP owns the DS, but they just base that off the graphics and media capabilities. After about a month or two, they start talking about the DS again. Unfortunately the PSP is still new to some of my closer friends, but hopefully they aren't actual PSP fanboys and they come to realize the DS pwns PSP in the long run.
