RE: PSP Online ALREADY - Not fair

Lik-Sang has confirmed PSP battery life with Ridge Racer at 6 hours and 15 minutes. VERY GOOD!
No DS games seem appealing. Mario 64? Kind of a rehash. I admit, I gave it an awesome review, but that was before finding out about the PSP. Madden 2005? RRDS? Failures. Ridge Racer PSP? I doubt it. Just looking at the graphical prowess of the PSP makes me so happy; I love it.

The only thing that really concerns me is the visuals to battery ratio. So far the higher the graphical power the lower the battery. Doesn't sound good to me.

RE: Sprung - The game that doesn

I'm a sucker for handheld systems... so when I go back to Japan next summer I'll try to buy a PSP either used or new (because you know they'll be like 99 bucks US by then if the price war continues as it has with the console wars) and pick up some used games etc... like I did in 2003 when I went to Japan and bought a Bandai SwanCrystal. I got 4 games for it: Final Fantasy, Gundam SEED, SD Gundam and also One Piece fighting game. Like I says, I'm a sucker for handheld systems. That's why I also have a Game Gear. But I'm so rooting for Nintendo to continue their reign over portables.

Let us not forget that Nintendo currently produces a home console more powerfull than the PS2, let us also not forget that Nintendo has been the leading producer of handhelds for as long as they have been around.

Primary-school knowledge would lead you to conclude that Nintendo could pack powerfull and multimedia features into a handheld console just as easily as sony has. Please Before you spend your hard earned money look at who is bringing the NEW ideas into the market and who is bringing the RELIABLE ideas into the market. I think you will find that the great Sony empire has failed in creating a multimedia device and sadly has also failed to create a reliable handheld console.

The battery life reports are with the backlight on lowest playing basic games that dont load much, also with WiFi off. Every reviewer who has intensively played the PSP with the backlight on and with a fully 3D game has declaired the average life as around 2 hours, this is also with WiFi off.

Now if you are going to tell me my NDS lasts for 6 hours i am going to ask you 'Why did Nintendo supply me with an uber battery?' because i have played Mario 64 DS for 11 hours straight with battery left in the thing (backlight on and speakers on).

The moral of the story is, sit down and take an intelligent look at reviews, user articles and the state of the market before shouting $0nY 4 T3h W1n!!!!!!ONEONE!!!ONE!1111
