by the time the PSP comes out the DS will have completely owned the PSP in the game department. its hopeless. the PSP BLOWS (well atleast the games do). i hope you drop yours on the way home from getting it. it will probably never work again. fool.

ok... i have been back and forth on this one for a while. I love my DS and im defintely not giving it up for a PSP. BUT, i am going to get the psp (just not at launch) i will wait until spring/summer of '05 to get one. by then it will have some cool games and by then DS will hopefully be online and also have some really really solid games. I dont feel that I am going to be a nintendo only man in handhelds, because i have GC PS2 and XBox and am happy with them all. so by summer of '05 i will have both.

It's DS all the way. Sony has failed to attract me to the PSP other than the visuals. Movies? I have a portable DVD player and a laptop. Music? It's called iPod, and I have one. Games? Meh, I'll take my DS. If I do get one, it won't be at launch. Sorry Sony.

RE: NO OFFENCE

Sony really fails to realise that visuals aren't everything. A pretty picture is one thing, but a good game experience is another.

I like this point of view as well.

RE: NO OFFENCE

Nice article. I look at the DS and see plenty of interaction. I look at the PSP and think, "Graphics are nice... but where's the innovation?"

Well you could get Ridge Racer for the PSP and then be stuck with that for months and months before another decent game comes out. I'll probably get a PSP but definately not for a while.
