and bignds wtf are you smoking my friend? with great graphics and all the mainstream games on it, how does the PSP not appeal to casual gamers? most DS games are not exactly mainstream. take advance wars, for instance. i knew like 10 people who considered themselves "hardcore" gamers, and 3 had played advance wars

Why would you waste your money to buy tales of phantasia when you can download the rom?I'ts for SNES.I've played and beaten the game and I've also played tales of eternia,(borrowed from japanese friend) and I have to say tales of eternia takes the cake. PSP delivers with this game.

Yeah i would have to agree that the psp isnt the best for gamers but technically it has games thus it is for gamers. however as brought up, the games are mostly ps2 ports and what nots.. Besides i hardly ever see kids playing there psp. all kids i see with a psp have there movie on or most commonly listening to mp3.. the reason i dont have it are as follows. cause i think it can be good.
1. I have an iPod Nano.. holds two times as much as a 2 gig psp stick. and i dont need movies on the go.. if i did i would get a iPod Video..
2. Games are mostly ports or the games dont look cool to me.. i mean MMBN5DTDS is one game that no matter how hard you tried it wouldnt be the same on the psp as it is on the ds.
and finally
3. IT COSTS WAY TO FREAKEN MUCH!!!!!!!! 250 bucks.. about 40-50 bucks a game, and not to mention 25 bucks for a movie.. DS=130 bucks. Game= 30-35 bucks.... standard DVD 10-20 dollors.. Sony lost me here..
