Lkr, you came to system wars. You posted a trivial conversation. I stated my opinion, in this debate forum, and you didn't even bother to answer my question. Just give me your thoughts on each game you own for either system. That will give me some insight into why you might like the PSP more.

you guys think that it will sell more in the UK? sure it may seem like it at the start, because sony only sends out like 10,000 for the whole freaking country, so obviously people are gonna wait in line at midnight just so they can get it.

exact same thing happened over here, and i thought the same things as you.

and anyway on the whole "system wars" thing i've played both quite a bit and the PSP has definetely been pwned in the whole "good games" category, which is all any real gamer should care about.

PSP in North America: 1.3 million sold
DS in North America: sold its 2 millionth in june, no stats for what its at now(or at least that i can find).

Yeah, because sony didn't ship. It's their own fault, because they weren't ready for launch hardware-wise. They also doubtlessly wanted double news coverage by releasing it a long time apart. Not only that but they undershipeed. Nintendo shipped 2-5 times as much as sony, and the DS was still called the biggest toy this christmas season because it still sold out for weeks.

not that much longer an thouse ds sales figures are to june not what whey have sold now which was 3 months ago so they could have sold soooo much more considering that now the ds has had 2 major releases nintendogs and advanced wars 3 and if they bosted sales anything as much like it did in japan well you can add quite a few more ds's have been sold

May I add that you got the consoles mixed up (kinda). :P

1 month apart and with the DS having extra time (3-4 months), that's 4-5 months Ninty had to overcome the PSP hardware wise. Software.. oh god, it makes Baby Jesus cry. Poor Sony. XD

yea but still, the DS had 1.3 million sold in january, while the PSP has sold a grand total of 1.3 mil
