Wow, that was unexpected. So, hmmm... does that mean that you're parents had you when they were about 40?

Mine are almost 60 too, putting them in their late 30s when they had me...

I'll be gaming 'til I die. I think most gamers will keep gaming in their old age, you'll find our generation of seniors to be quite a bit different than current ones I think, just based on how different we grew up. I grew up in front of a screen, my grandpa grew up during WWII...big difference...

Mid-30's, they're about 56ish now.

I grew up with a PC, my dad got the first family PC the same year I was born (from what I hear) and I learned to use it very early. I remember two of my favorite games were SimCity and SimEarth, and the AfterDark screensavers (with StarTrek) were magnetic to the whole family.

I grew up with in front of a screen of a specific game... GALAGA. I love that game so much. The classics are usually better than the newer versions of them. GALAGA will always be in my heart and I hope it survives so I can play it a lot more when I'm old.

Dude, I spent $20 in one day straight on the Galaga machine in my uncle's old arcade when I was a kid. Galaga will always be the ****...

I remember Galaga especially from the bowling alley that I went to every week for youth league, it was the only classic arcade they had (out of some 15-20 arcades) and I had some good times with it.

It's obvious that GALAGA has reached more people than I. I hope that game reaches my children as well. That would be so cool. lolz.

I just talked with the guy in charge of the student center's game room here at NC State.

We're getting a Wii, a huge Pump-It-Up arcade machine (like DDR but better), and an arcade machine with all the classics on it (Galaga FTW!). Kick-ass...
