Gamecube Nintendo-Developed Titles (Most of the major ones)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Donkey Kong Jungle Beat Pikmin Pikmin 2 The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker Wario Ware Inc. Mega Party Game$ The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition Mario Kart: Double Dash!! The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest Animal Crossing Super Mario Sunshine Luigi's Mansion Then you've got titles done by other Nintendo-exclusive studios, like Retro Studios and HAL Laboratories. Kirby Air Ride Super Smash Bros. Melee Metroid Prime Metroid Prime 2 Echoes I'm probably missing quite a lot here. Regardless, this list shows something. The GC was largely a failure in comparison to Sony's machine, yet if you look at the list for Sony, it doesn't even measure up in quantity, and if you compare in quality it's rediculously inferior. |

Pikmin series and Animal Crossing were wildly popular and original, not rehashed sequels. Some games that had "standard" chars also weren't rehashed, like Luigi's Mansion. Fire Emblem finally broke free from the Jap market on the Cube, as did CustomRobo, and some others I can't remember, giving non-Jap gamers a look at other popular Nintendo franchises.
I'm not sure Nintendo owns Camelot... and other than Golden Sun and a few sports titles I haven't heard anything about Camelot recently. What games did Camelot make?

Another selling point for me is online support and online offerings. What has Sony offered? Nintendo offers always on connection and HUGE downloadable library of games out of the box. I haven't done any research to see what Sony offers, but I'm sure it can't compare.
While I'm asking about online capability, does anyone know if the Wii Wi-Fi is backwards compatible with the GCN online games? I'm asking 'cause the DS Wi-Fi wasn't with the Wi-Fi Pokemon games. I'm fairly sure the GCN online games (all 2 of them) will work on the Wii... but I don't know for certain.

Nintendo stock vs Sony stock. E3 is the point where Nintendo's skyrockets and Sony's starts dropping.

Why the PS3 will flop:
A.) "Sony's PlayStation 3 will be delayed until March in Europe" B.) "In the U.S., about 400,000 PlayStation 3 machines will be available when they go on sale Nov. 17. About 100,000 will be available on the Nov. 11 Japan launch date." I made a post about this on my blog... http://nwizard.com/blog/archives/10
