I'll try to clarify: 2nd person is when you are looking through the eyes of the character you're trying to kill (and it's not suicide), meaning you have no control over where you look, so you basically need to figure out how to keep your character in the view of the character you're trying to kill so you can see where you're aiming so you can kill the character you're viewing from. It's more complicated to explain than it is to understand once you see it in action, so give that game a run. You'll see why it's never been done in a real game, it's hard to stay on screen and when you're off you usually need to wait for your target to turn back towards you. I could imagine someone making a mod with the same concept, since mods are relatively easy compared to starting from scratch, UT2004 is probably the best for it.
