Ok I understand now there was no need for Yoshi to do any of that and he did the chat glitch alot with me so I agree Yoshi cannot re-join unless he can fully prove himself and I belive in 2nd chances so he has a right to ONE.

But the first time he steps out of line again he is dropped agreed?

I lost count how many second chances I gave him, at least 10 I'm sure. When he had the chance to make our clan look bad, he took it and got himself kicked. I can't imagine him being any better than he's showed me unless he had some sort of mental miracle, I just can't trust him even if I wanted to.
I think if you really want him in, at least wait until you get some other people active in the clan and then decide if you still want him. You should also play it safe by talking and playing with him a lot, looking for anything he does that might indicate how much you can trust him. Try to look past his trying to be nice or pitiful in order to be accepted, he does that a lot.

nope i'll respect your decision a knew that you must of had a strong reason why he wasn't allowed back and I may have got 1 person all ready i'm just waiting on his confirmation.
