New avatar rules

There are new avatar rules in place, including upload space for all members.

Please read the new thread in the GENERAL DS DISCUSSION board - its at the top. :D

Hopefully these new rules will make the forum nicer for all members,

Well, no one has gone against these rules recently so im guessing we can lock this up.
