And there's the kicker, my friends. If you had carefully read the first post, you would have understood that you do not have to vote for every category. Just vote in the categories that you want to.

But then again, I'll just assume that most of you didn't take the time to read the first post, eh? See what happens when you don't read?

but whats the point of having them there if you dont want people to answer them all just put the ones down you want people to answer not all the ones they could answer would be easer and would get more people to do it

This all goes back to my "reading" rant. If you can't take the time of day to read through all the categories and decide which ones you want to do, then you might as well not vote. It would only take 5 minutes at the very most. Of course, voting is a much longer process, but picking categories isn't a difficult process at all.

yes but by us picking what we want to vote on does not make sence as for some catetgories you might have 5 votes for people well others only 1 person has voted on this catetgorie so who they voted for would win with 1 vote which is kind of stupid realy

I've already thought through that, and any category that only contains one vote will simply be eliminated.

There's no point in doing these awards, either. The fact is, if you're voting, you're voting out of enjoyment of the site. And, actually, the thing about only having one vote in a category would be untrue, seeing as how I voted in every category. So you're not wasting votes. Just count yourselves lucky I voted at all... heh.
