If it's really jj's brother, jj needs to block his brother's access to TDS with a password (like parental control). If it's his own PC, he needs to use a screensaver password and a screensaver activator, that's what I do to prevent anyone from messing with my PC. I'd be just fine helping out with ways to block such abuse by a freakin annoying brother, because I've been in a similar situation before, although only about 1/50th as bad (or 1/20th if you include a friend of a brother).
