I've seen animated gif userbars that show everything in the size of one userbar, only disadvantage is that people can't really stare at any particular one for an extended time and still have a reasonably short loop, especially with as many userbars as you have.

As for most hated member, I don't think I should say who I think it is, but it's clearly not Mario Famous (he's improved a lot since JJ got banned for the 200th time and actually stayed gone).
