I don't see a risk in making the part of the forum, I think you should just go ahead with it. Maybe there are risks etc with trading the games, but it's up to each person to decide whether trading is for them. I'd definately do it with the Brits (already done deals with Dave and Chuddy), as well as Baronen, probably. Maybe. Perhaps ;)

Trading? Sounds so... primitive. lol

I'm in. I'd love to trade games every now and then. Of course, we'd have to make a ToS for the board, just in case somehow the board DOES become responsible (not likely at all). Or maybe just some basic rules.
