Since "in" isn't supposed to be capitalized in the middle of a title, you could have it WiRL (like TWiT) and use the exact same i from Wii too.

I didn't get to the Wirl logo yet but I did the TDS clan one though it might be too big, if it is tell me and I'll resize it

hmmm...I really hate to be nitpicky...as awesome as it is...but it's hard to read the "TouchDS.com"...

I did that on purpose, everyone will know where you came from off hand, I just added it there for a nice touch.

All text should be easy to read, otherwise it gets annoying for anyone attempting to read it. Having the URL also makes it much harder for another site to steal it as their own.

Why would someone steal it? There is only 1 TDS out there, but if you must I'll add an extra text layer.

Well, there ARE people who are really low like that, and would attempt to steal the logo. So yeah, you should make "TouchDS.com" bigger. Otherwise, it looks great.
