True, in a general sense I'd think many more older people swear/trash talk than kids and they do it more often. It's especially common for teens, but it carries over into adulthood quite easily. Although adults are usually more respectful and can control themselves easier when talking around kids or on servers with language rules.

Yeah. But I have never gone through a game where someone doesn't flare (whos an adult) or start swearing at someone;.

I'm going to assume that's because you play with a very limited number of social types, perhaps only CSS?
The people I hang out with to play games never (or very rarely) swear. On of them is a BF1942 clan I belong to, which happens to be composed mostly of high-school or younger kids (the 7th grader has the worst attitude and happens to be quite stupid). They discourage swearing and enforce it when necessary, but there hasn't been much of a problem with it. The other is a Raven Shield team or "family" which I frequently play with composed almost entirely of adults (since they require $10/month from each member to keep their servers up) and they warn/kick anyone who swears on their servers. on xbox live,
i use to play farcry and they'd be like 7? lil kids in a battle screaming "omg i got shot" propper screaming, "dont shoot me please" oh what a wonderful life. Anyone else witnessed this? :')

I've even played it with a few of my teachers :P
