people under 13 should not be on XBOX Live

I play CSS, BF2 ( actually havent played that in ages"P) and TF2, theys all good games and I usualy try to get atleast an hour a day in them.
But yeah. I had live for about a Month ( free deal) wasn't special. I only played it becuase of Halo 3 which I just bought with Live. But in the long run.its the exact same thing happening in the game. Shoot 3 times and then wack them. Kills them instantly.

I still don't understand how Microsoft gets away with charging people periodical (monthly/yearly) fees just to play online and they still become the most popular console for multiplayer. I mean Sony, Nintendo, and ~99.9% of PC games make it free.

Whether it's affordable isn't the point. Paying more money to play the games already paid for is the point. Sure, you could play single player, but that only lasts so long and multiplayer almost never loses its value. Microsoft is only milking its customers as far as I'm concerned, it's not like they need the money to keep it running like the lowly MMO's do.

Dude XBL cranks out more downloadable content by a long shot. The money obviously helps.

Well....yeah the Xbox Currency is called Xbox Live Points
Like 10 dollars is around 500
You can only buy 1500 and up though which is 30 dollars

Ok so not only do you pay a yearly fee, but you also need to pay separately to download content (except for Epic content, which Microsoft so badly wanted to charge for but Epic owns too much). So it's worse than the Wii and supposedly far worse than the PS2/PS3 (I don't know what they charge for but it sounds like almost nothing) and of course the PC. Heck, I should stop mentioning PC because it owns far too much to be compared with consoles.
