Yeah, on the PC Downloadable Content is called "mods". You can make it yourself, there's masses and masses of it, and it's all free.

360 has more downloadable content than just game stuff. you can download movies and TV shows. a lot of the times, they have free stuff.

The movies at some crazy and dumb one-time rental deal, and the TV shows... Paying for TV? Silly person. And most of the free stuff sucks.

Far, far more than just mods. Mods are about the best of the user-created gaming related content. Aside from gaming the content is vast, both user-created and company-created, with a large majority of it free. You can't even scratch the surface if you tried.
How often do you get completely free games on Xbox Live? I have a feeling the answer is never. It's all over the place on PC, just look around.

That's like buying one game for a gaming console that has tens of thousands of games and saying the console only has one game so it's not a good gaming console.
You really need to stop playing WoW so you can find out what else your PC can do.

I think he means paying for individual TV shows. Why should anyone do that when they already pay monthly for a TV service and they have a recorder that records the shows from the TV service for no additional cost?

But honestly, why is there even an argument about whether PC or Xbox has better content? How can anyone believe a console could stand up to PC in such an area? Is it normal for people that mostly play consoles to think that the PC can't do as much as their console?

Yeah you should, I quit WoW and now my computer has so many games, yet I still play CS:S and Quake 3 Arena.

Well, is it exactly legal the way you do it? Chances are it's not a very valid argument because most people would probably prefer to spend the few bucks to see their shows without breaking the law. I understand that there are shows legally free online, so if that's what you mean then that's great.

I don't watch much TV myself so I don't really care about much of what's on these days. TechTV essentially moved into podcasting and the best thing I know on TV now is MythBusters which I watch on a random basis when I find it on.
